This latest generation incorporates innovative PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology. Hidden deep within the megaphone, this high-flow, dual-matrix chambered catalytic converter optimizes engine backpressure. You'll experience a significant increase in mid-range torque for instant acceleration.

By positioning the cartridge downstream, Vance & Hines effectively isolates contact areas:

• 20% less heat at the footpegs and floorboards.

• 50% less accumulated radiant heat on the header, ensuring optimal comfort for both rider and passenger.

High-Temperature Ceramic Finish

To assert its decidedly dark style, the entire system (headers and muffler) is protected by full-coverage heat shields. They receive a race-grade, matte black ceramic surface treatment, highly resistant to thermal stress, thereby eliminating any risk of discoloration or fading of the exhaust system.

⚠️ Strict Exclusion: Not suitable for models equipped with factory wide rear tires (Wide Tire), such as the Fat Boy (FLFB/FLFBS), Breakout (FXBR/FXBRS), and FXDRS.

🔧 Important Installation Notes

• Management of stock saddlebags: Installation of this exhaust system on models equipped with stock side saddlebags (Sport Glide, Heritage Classic, Low Rider ST, Hydra Glide Revival) absolutely requires the addition of a saddlebag relocation bracket kit (specific for the right side) to maintain safe spacing from the megaphone muffler.

• Mechanical Adjustment: This exhaust system passes very close to the engine casings. A minimum safe clearance of 0.250" is required at the cam cover. Be careful when using custom or aftermarket timing covers.

• Injection Specificity (European Models): For versions compliant with recent European standards, the use of an appropriate electronic control unit is recommended to correctly configure injection and manage secondary oxygen sensors located downstream of the flow.
