Give your Big Twin new life and an inimitable style with the S&S Power Tune Duals exhaust header, specially developed for 1995-2008 Harley-Davidson Touring models. This high-end system is a significant upgrade from your original equipment, unleashing engine performance while enhancing the aesthetics of your machine.
The efficiency of 2-into-1, the look of True Duals Beneath its sleek design of traditional independent pipes, the Power Tune Duals integrates a crossover chamber (X-pipe) concealed under the chassis. This hidden passage connects the flow from the front and rear cylinders to optimize back pressure. The result: an immediate increase in torque and power, without the low-end flat spot typical of true dual direct exhausts.
Riding comfort and thermal protection The architecture of this S&S Cycle header has been designed to route the rear cylinder pipe away from the passenger's legs, drastically reducing radiant heat. For a perfect and durable look, it is equipped with full-coverage heat shields with 220° coverage, available in either sparkling Chrome or high-temperature Black finish.
Ready for mechanical tuning (O2 Sensors) Ideal for all configurations, this header has locations for 18mm oxygen (O2) sensors, positioned as original for 2007-2008 models. For earlier models not equipped (or if you don't use sensors), sealed plugs are directly included in the pack. The 18mm ports remain perfect if you wish to perform precise dyno tuning (Autotune).

Montés sur ma Harley pour le look… finalement je les garde surtout parce que mes bottes refusent maintenant de quitter les repose-pieds 😅
Super grip, finition vraiment propre, usinage de qualité et surtout une sensation de solidité dès le montage. L’inclinaison réglable est un vrai plus pour trouver la position parfaite, ça change vraiment le confort sur les longues balades 👌
Et les sliders évitent de pleurer à chaque fois que ça frotte un peu en virage 😂
Le plus dangereux au final, c’est l’envie d’attaquer un peu plus fort juste pour entendre le slider dire bonjour au bitume 😅
