⚠️ Please note: This filter is strictly for models with a cable throttle (mechanical butterfly valve). Incompatible with Fly-By-Wire electronic throttles (Touring 2008+, Softail 2016+, Dyna FXDLS).

An extreme evolution of the legendary Big Sucker, this intake system draws air 360 degrees to provide your V-Twin with a massive torque gain, coupled with a pure, machined look.

Patented "Hidden Breathers" Technology

No more unsightly hoses, exposed banjos, and oil vapors ending up on the crankcase. The Monster Sucker system integrates the breather passages directly into the support plate:

• Gases are recovered from the cylinder heads via perfectly sealed O-rings.

• They are redirected internally to be reinjected directly into the throttle body.

• Result: 100% autonomous and clean engine ventilation, with no visible external hoses.

360° Aspiration & Synthetic Filter Media

• Maximum Airflow: Thanks to its Inverted Top, air is not only drawn in around the perimeter of the filter, but also from the front face, multiplying the admitted air volume (CFM) for significantly quicker revs.

• "Zero Oil" Water-Resistant Filter: Designed from a high-density hydrophobic synthetic material, it eliminates the need for a rain sock in almost all road conditions.

• Economical Maintenance: Never grease your filter again. During your service, simply remove it, rinse it with fresh water, let it dry, and reinstall it.

CrossFire Forged Cage

Milled from forged aluminum, the CrossFire retaining cage features an excellent mirror Chrome finish. Modular, the filter can be run as is to show off the black fiber, or fitted with one of the Arlen Ness filter covers (sold separately).

CHASSIS COMPATIBILITY (Cable-Throttle Twin Cam Engines)

This kit mounts directly to the Delphi injection or Keihin CV carburetor of the following models:

• DYNA (1999 to 2017): Street Bob, Fat Bob, Low Rider, Wide Glide, Super Glide, Switchback... (Except FXDLS Low Rider S 2016-2017)

• SOFTAIL (2000 to 2015): Fat Boy, Heritage Classic, Deluxe, Slim, Breakout, Night Train, Blackline, Rocker C, Deuce, Springer...

• TOURING (1999 to 2007): Road King, Electra Glide, Street Glide, Road Glide.

❌ STRICT MOUNTING EXCLUSIONS:

Do not install this kit if your bike has a throttle-by-wire (electronic) throttle. This includes:

1. Touring models from 2008 onwards

2. Softail models from 2016 onwards

3. The Dyna Low Rider S (FXDLS) from 2016 and 2017

4. Rare factory CVO models already equipped with electronic throttle before these dates.

💡 ADVICE (Special for European models):

Harley-Davidson motorcycles sold on the European market (Softail 07-15, Dyna 07-17 and Touring 2007) originally have an active intake valve in the factory plastic air filter box. By installing this Arlen Ness kit, you remove this valve. To prevent the orange engine fault light from illuminating on the dash, consider ordering an electronic dummy plug (such as a Zodiac Trick-Box) to clip onto the original, now unused, connector.

For Twin Cam Delphi EFI '01-'17 and Twin Cam CV carburetor '99-'06 models. Not suitable for models with lower fairings.
