The illusion of 2-into-2, the performance of 2-into-1
Behind its traditional dual-tube design lies the exclusive Power Chamber™ technology. This system incorporates a hidden cross-over connection that couples the flows from both cylinders. You thus benefit from the torque gain and mid-range power characteristic of a 2-into-1 line, while maintaining the clean and symmetrical aesthetic of the 2-into-2 look.
High-flow PCX™ catalytic converter
This version integrates the PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) innovation, a chambered catalytic cartridge that optimizes back pressure. This internal architecture increases engine responsiveness during acceleration and sculpts a unique sound identity: a deep, heavy, and particularly hoarse V-Twin roar without being shrill.
220° coverage heat shields
To preserve the mirror-like shine of your machine, the Big Shots Staggered line is equipped with full-length heat shields with a diameter of 2.5 inches (6.35 cm). Precisely cut and offering 220° protective coverage along the entire length of the tubes, they act as a barrier against high temperatures and virtually eliminate any risk of visible bluing or yellowing of the steel.

O2 sensor management: Manifolds integrate native 18 mm threads for oxygen sensor installation.

For models without sensors: Purchase of 18 mm blanking plugs (part number #981623) is required.

For models requiring 12 mm sensors: Installation of adapter reducing bushings is necessary.

Mounting exclusions: This system is not compatible with original CVO and Screamin' Eagle (SE) engines.
