Behind the timeless aesthetics of its two superimposed straight pipes lies the exclusive Power Chamber™ system. This hidden cross-connection allows the two ducts to communicate to synchronize gas pressure. This way, you benefit from the mid-range torque gain typical of 2-into-1 lines, while maintaining the pure and traditional line of a dual exhaust.

PCX™ Technology: The alliance of torque and comfort

This version incorporates the high-flow, chambered PCX™ catalytic cartridge. Adjusted to optimize engine back pressure, it provides a livelier and more direct throttle response while releasing a heavy, deep, and resolutely aggressive roar.

By relocating the cartridge downstream of the flow, this architecture retains significantly less heat at the engine level:

• Up to 20% less heat radiation at the footpegs or floorboards.

• Up to 50% less heat accumulated at the manifold, transforming riding comfort in urban environments or during long summer rides.

Full Heat Shields & CNC End Caps

To ensure a durable, flawless aesthetic, the system is clad in 2.5-inch (6.35 cm) full heat shields. Plasma cut for 360° coverage, they protect the steel from high temperatures and practically eliminate any risk of visible bluing or yellowing. The design is perfected at the rear with superb CNC-machined solid aluminum end caps.

Installation Notes and Chassis Specifics

• Original Saddlebag Management: If you install this line on a model equipped with stock saddlebags (such as Heritage Classic, Sport Glide, or Low Rider ST models), the use of a suitable saddlebag relocation bracket kit is mandatory on the right side to ensure thermal safety clearance with the pipes.

• Frame Incompatibilities: This line is designed for narrow-frame Softails. It is not compatible with wide-tire models such as the Fat Boy and Breakout.

• Cam Cover Clearance: This model provides .138" clearance to the cam cover. Please note the minimum required safety clearance of .250" if you are using an aftermarket custom cam cover.

• Euro 5 Standard: Recent European models may require electronic configuration to deactivate the secondary oxygen sensors located downstream of the flow to ensure optimal operation.
