VANCE & HINES - Dresser Duals PCX Exhaust Header - Touring 95-08 - Chrome

Specifically designed for 1995-2008 Harley-Davidson Touring models, these headers offer a significant upgrade over the restrictive stock system by completely separating the exhaust flow from the front and rear cylinders.

The Authentic "True Duals" 2-into-2 Configuration Unlike traditional pipes with balance tubes or crossover chambers, Dresser Duals are a true independent 2-into-2 system. The pipes have no connection to each other, which eliminates excessive heat under the rider's right thigh and produces the traditional and distinctive, perfectly even rumble, highly sought after by custom purists.

Anti-Bluing Technology & Chrome Finish Made from high-strength steel with 1.8" (4.6 cm) diameter pipes, these headers feature an advanced double-wall design. They are covered by massive 2-1/8” (5.4 cm) diameter heat shields offering 220° full coverage. This thermal barrier prevents hot gases from altering the external surface, ensuring brilliant chrome that is completely protected from bluing, even after years of intensive use.

⚠️ Technical Note – Fuel Injection & Oxygen Sensors: Depending on the year of your Touring model (carbureted or progressive injection between 1995 and 2008), the use of oxygen sensor plugs (sold separately) may be necessary if your setup does not use oxygen sensors on the exhaust.

Muffler (Slip-on) Compatibility: These headers are designed to perfectly mate with your stock mufflers or any aftermarket performance mufflers (Vance & Hines or other) designed for 1995-2016 Harley-Davidson Touring models.
