• Dynamic Design: Long headers elegantly bypass the front timing cover before rising to an oversized merged collector, which flows into a pure racing-style muffler.

• Premium Materials: Full structure in high-quality 304 stainless steel. The muffler and header heat shield feature visible manual TIG welds for a "Works" competition-style look.

• Thermal Protection: Unlike other stainless steel systems that fully yellow, this system integrates complete heat shields on the pipes and collector, thus preventing visible bluing while retaining a magnificent patina on the muffler.

Beneath its racing exterior, the system conceals the high-flow PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) catalytic cartridge. Its dual-chamber matrix structure optimizes back pressure to transform your motorcycle's behavior:

• Engine Responsiveness: Mid-range torque is significantly enhanced, providing much more assertive and dynamic acceleration when twisting the throttle.

• Thermal Revolution: By relocating the catalyst downstream, Vance & Hines drastically reduces heat emissions. Expect up to 20% less heat radiation at the footpegs and up to 50% less heat accumulated in the collector.

⚠️ Mounting Exclusion: This system is not suitable for models equipped with original wide rear tires, such as the Fat Boy and Breakout.

• Management of Original Side Cases: Installation on models equipped with standard saddlebags (Heritage Classic, Sport Glide, Low Rider ST) is entirely possible, but it absolutely requires the addition of a dedicated Vance & Hines saddlebag relocation bracket kit (sold separately).

• Electronic Configuration (European Models): For machines compliant with the latest European environmental standards (Euro 5 and above), the use of an appropriate electronic management unit is recommended to properly configure the injection and manage secondary oxygen sensors.
