This new generation incorporates the patented PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology. It conceals a high-flow, chambered catalytic converter strategically positioned downstream from the flow.

• Mechanical Gains: A significant increase in mid-range torque for more responsive acceleration off the line, while unleashing a deep, cavernous, and typically Hot-Rod growl.

• Optimized Thermal Comfort: The catalyst's placement reduces heat emissions by up to 20% at the footboards/footpegs and up to 50% at the header, radically transforming rider comfort compared to the stock system.

Full Anti-Bluing Heat Shields

To maintain the impeccable appearance of your exhaust under thermal stress, the system integrates full 2-1/2" (6.35 cm) diameter heat shields. Precisely plasma-cut and offering 100% coverage, they perfectly insulate the inner pipe steel and virtually eliminate any risk of visible yellowing or bluing.

• Saddlebag Management (FLHCS & FXLRST Models): Installation on Heritage Classic (FLHCS) and Low Rider ST (FXLRST) models absolutely requires the use of an original equipment saddlebag relocation kit (Manufacturer part number 1861-1250, sold separately on our website) to ensure alignment and safe clearance with the pipes.

• Chassis & Accessory Incompatibilities:

  • Not compatible with removable Quiet Baffle type baffles

• Cam Cover Clearance: Pay attention to clearance when using custom or aftermarket cam covers (available clearance of .092" at the cover, recommended minimum clearance of .250").

• Technical Advice Euro 5 (Models from 2021 onwards): For European versions equipped with secondary downstream oxygen sensors, the use of a management module is highly recommended to electronically deactivate these secondary probes without generating an engine fault code.
