Directly inspired by the official Vance & Hines team machines competing in the fierce American MotoAmerica (King of the Baggers) championship, the Hi-Output RR (Race Replica) 2-into-1 full exhaust system brings track performance to your cruiser. Specifically developed for 2017-2024 Harley-Davidson Touring models with a Milwaukee-Eight (M8) engine, it embodies the pinnacle of Performance Bagger customization.

PCX™ Technology: More Torque, Much Less Heat This system incorporates the exclusive PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) innovation, which uses a chambered dual-matrix high-flow catalyst. This technical architecture significantly increases back pressure to deliver a massive increase in mid-range torque and lightning-fast acceleration out of corners. As a bonus, the recessed positioning of the canister can reduce radiant heat by up to 20% at the footpegs and 50% at the header, radically transforming rider and passenger comfort on long rides.

Racing Materials & Optimized Ground Clearance Entirely made from ultra-lightweight premium 304 stainless steel and assembled with hand-welded TIG welds, the RR line features exclusive progressive section headers (1-3/4" to 1-7/8" to 2"). These converge into an oversized collector identical to racing models. For dynamic riders, this collector has been specifically rotated to maximize ground clearance, allowing for much steeper lean angles in turns.

Iconic Megaphone Design The system culminates in a splendid 4-inch (10.16 cm) diameter mid-length megaphone muffler, adorned with the mythical laser-cut double-layer Vance & Hines riveted plate. It is available in either a Brushed Stainless Steel finish or coated with a Matte Black ceramic treatment.

Important Technical Advice – Euro 5 Compatibility (2021 Models onwards): European Touring models (Euro 5 standard since 2021) are equipped with 3 to 4 lambda sensors (including downstream sensors from the original system), while American models only have two on the header.

• Solution: To install this performance line on a 2021-2024 European model, the use of an engine management module is highly recommended. This will electronically deactivate the second series of downstream lambda sensors without generating an error code on the dashboard.
