PCX™ Technology: More Torque, Less Heat This system incorporates the exclusive PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) innovation, which houses high-performance, dual-matrix, high-flow catalysts. Unlike restrictive stock systems, PCX™ technology uses stepped headers that optimize back pressure to boost mid-range torque, providing crisp acceleration from a standstill and out of corners, while producing a rich, deep sound.

• Thermal Comfort: The catalysts have been strategically repositioned downstream. This design allows for a reduction in radiant heat by up to 20% at the footboards and 50% at the header, radically improving rider and passenger comfort.

Finishes & Full Coverage Heat Shields For a flawless and durable aesthetic, the system is equipped with full-coverage heat shields (80 cm) guaranteed not to blue. Available in two main finishes: Brilliant Chrome or Matte Black.

🔧 Important Technical Advice – Euro 5 & O2 Sensor Compatibility: To install these headers on European models (Euro 5 standard from 2020/2021), the use of the FuelPak FP4 management unit (reference #942227) is mandatory. The FP4 will allow you to electronically deactivate the second set of downstream O2 sensors, thus preventing the appearance of error codes or dashboard warning lights.

⚠️ Important Compatibility Notes (Mufflers & Chassis):

• Compatible Mufflers: These headers are 100% compatible with all Vance & Hines Slip-on mufflers for Touring models as well as stock mufflers.

• INCOMPATIBLE Mufflers: Due to their internal diameter or mounting flange, these headers are not compatible with the following mufflers: CFR, Rinehart, S&S MK45, Sharkroad, SVT Boneshakers, Jackhammers, and Bullies.

• Chassis Exclusions: Not suitable for Trike models (Tri-Glide / Freewheeler). Not compatible with the new restyled generation of Street Glide (FLHX), Road Glide (FLTRX), CVO or STSE from 2024 onwards.
